We currently ship to Portugal and all countries within the European Union.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional campaigns.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to all European Union member states
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Portugal and Spain: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–10 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holiday periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping offers or shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Tavernis is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, strikes, customs procedures where applicable, or other events outside our control.
Pre-Orders and Mixed Orders
For pre-order products, orders will be shipped on or after the official release date unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@tavernis.com as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue быстрее, please include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the package and its contents.
Product Packaging
We take care to pack all orders securely. However, minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging may occur during transit and does not necessarily qualify as product damage.
